The Bistrot is the gourmet area that the Viel dal Pan restaurant reserves for those who want to dine outdoors.

On a scenic terrace, overlooking the slopes and with a spectacular view of the Marmolada glacier, chef Salvatore de Laurentiis offers a "limited" menu compared to what is served at the restaurant which however mirrors the style that characterizes Viel dal Pan. These are dishes specifically chosen to be eaten outdoors on a beautiful sunny day. They range from a selection of cheeses served with honey, compotes, fig bread, deer tartare, steaming soups of the day and fried quail thighs, a menu that is changed monthly.
