The Luigi Gorza Refuge, at the summit of Porta Vescovo, near the mountain station, is located on the ancient Viale del Pane road. The cuisine at the Luigi Gorza refuge is characterized by the use of exclusively seasonal products. The self-service buffet dishes are preparared in small doses and continuously guaranteeing maximum freshness for a fast but high-quality service. The restaurant also offers gluten-free and vegetarian dishes. At the snack bar, the bread, pizzas and focaccia are home-made from high-quality flour. San Daniele parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, alpine cheese and fresh vegetables are used in the various dishes.

 Ham, sausages and salamis are antibiotic-free products from animals reared without GMO feed. The outdoor restaurant and lounge area offers the most spectacular views of the Sella Group and the Marmolada glacier.
